Conflict Management Center Workshop - Information Sharing and Word Smithing

The purpose of this workshop is to provide an understanding of information sharing and wordsmithing, and to help build your skills in these areas, all while managing difference. Topics will include sensory acuity, the communication process, truth and honesty, negation and the reverse effect, information gathering, and the art of asking good questions.
