In recognition of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs is hosting a one-day interdisciplinary research conference, “Agents of Change: Leadership, Scholarship, and the American Experience at 250.”
The conference will bring together leading scholars from across the country, Maxwell faculty researchers, and students to examine the ideas, policies and institutions that have shaped the United States and continue to influence its future. The event will highlight the contributions of scholars whose work explores leadership, democratic development, economic transformation, cultural life and social change within the American experience.
