Pasquale named a director at Allyn Family Foundation

Stephanie PasqualeStephanie Pasquale ’94 BA (PSt)/’97 MPA has been appointed as director of neighborhood engagement at the Allyn Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization working to improve the quality of life across Central New York.

In this new position, Pasquale will be the Allyn Family Foundation’s liaison with the City of Syracuse, working closely with the Syracuse Housing Authority on large scale affordable housing projects. Much of this work will focus on the BluePrint15 plan to redevelop 27 public housing blocks currently in the shadow of Interstate 81.

Founded in 1954, the Allyn Family Foundation currently oversees approximately $100 million in philanthropic assets. Collaborating with organizations and communities across the Central New York Region, the Allyn Family Foundation focuses on improving early childhood outcomes, women’s health, and community prosperity.

Pasquale previously had spent more than six years working for the City of Syracuse, most recently serving as the commissioner for the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development. She previously spent time in the nonprofit sector as the deputy executive director of Home HeadQuarters and the loan fund director for Worcester Community Housing Resources.
