Felipe Morales

Felipe Morales is an architect-urbanist and public sector strategist. He served as chief of staff for critical infrastructure projects in Bogotá’s Mayor’s Office, coordinating 20 district entities, overseeing $6.3B in works, shaping regional legal frameworks, and co-designing the Regional Transport Authority.

He has managed political campaigns and consulted for CAF (Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean), the World Bank, and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy on metropolitan strategic infrastructure and governance in Bogotá, Lima and Santiago.

Claudia Melissa Reto Carreño

Claudia is an expert manager of social programs and international humanitarian aid.  In Peru, she has held program management roles in international organizations such as the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) and local think tanks such as the Instituto Pro Libertad (IPL Peru).

Claudia co-founded Growing Together, a local organization that promotes the leadership of young people and women in vulnerable situations. She holds a degree in communications from Universidad de Piura, in Piura, Peru.

Ana María Velásquez Pacheco

Ana María Velásquez Pacheco is an emerging international relations professional dedicated to community empowerment and Latin American advocacy. She has worked with My Neighbor’s Voice and NAMI Greenville, supporting outreach efforts that elevate marginalized voices and expand access to mental-health resources.

With a background in business administration, politics and international affairs, and Latin American studies, she aims to advance equitable policy and inclusive development across the Americas.

De Sardon-Glass alumni are serving the public good across South American/Andean countries.
