Bio
Received his B.A. in anthropology from Mississippi State University. Christian received his M.A. in anthropology from Louisiana State University. His thesis project focused on the removal and reburial of a historic Louisiana family from an abandoned cemetery to the family's ancestral home at Nottoway Plantation. His current doctoral research at Syracuse University focuses on examining social and spatial relationships within a 19th century, house compound in Charlotte Amalie on the island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
