Graham Ambrose is an assistant professor of public administration at North Carolina State University. His research uses a policy process lens to (1) assess core assumptions of collaborative governance by measuring concepts such as representation, participation, institutional evolution and interpersonal conflict, and (2) apply advanced computational and network methods to analyze patterns of policy evolution grounded in policy process theory. His research has focused on local food and environmental governance.
