Hannah Connolly is a social science Ph.D. graduate at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University and completed a combined M.D. and master of public health candidate at SUNY Upstate Medical University with plans to specialize in child psychiatry.
She is exploring how the integration of social sciences in medical education shapes the agency of medical students around social justice issues. Her broader academic interests coalesce in health disparities research, social determinants of mental health and structural humility in medical education.
