Jennifer Swanson is ABD in the department of Sociology and is also pursuing a Masters in the department of Multimedia, Photography and Design at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at SU. Her dissertation focuses on conflict over rural public land in San Juan County, Utah.
