Bio
Dmitrii Lebedev is a Ph.D. student in political science at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. His research interests include American politics, Congress, elections and public opinion, with a particular interest in how public sentiments are filtered, translated into legislative proposals and how those proposals are negotiated, amended and ultimately transformed into policy. He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of South Florida.
