Bio
Kiana is pursuing a master's degree in political science with a focus on American politics, exploring its impact on both higher education and law enforcement.
She currently serves as the internal communications and marketing manager for Syracuse University's Department of Public Safety. In this role, she supports the department's mission by overseeing internal messaging, developing strategic communications and enhancing engagement across both the University and public safety communities.
With a strong foundation in storytelling and media, she holds a bachelor's degree in broadcasting and mass communication from SUNY Oswego and a master's degree in public relations from Quinnipiac University.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting lost in a good book, and exploring the scenic beauty of New York's Finger Lakes region.
