Regina is a Ph.D. student in political science specializing in international relations. She earned an M.P.A. and a certificate of advanced study in conflict and collaboration from Syracuse University. Her work bridges international political economy and comparative politics, with a focus on how global economic forces shape domestic political and institutional outcomes.
She has conducted fieldwork in Sierra Leone, Turkey, India and Russia, and has experience collecting and analyzing original data from international research centers. Regina’s doctoral research examines sanctions, economic statecraft, and the interaction between international constraints and domestic political behavior.
