Bio
Ruzel is a Ph.D. candidate in economics at Syracuse University. Originally from Nepal, his research interests lie in labor economics and development. His current work examines how migration influences various development outcomes in Nepal.
Before joining Syracuse, he worked with several think tanks in India and Nepal, where he engaged in both academic and policy research and contributed to policy advocacy efforts with the government of Nepal.
