Bio

Ryan Westwood is a Ph.D. student who holds an M.P.P. from University College Dublin. Previously, Ryan worked as an environmental compliance specialist in the Missouri state government, implementing state and federal statutes including the Clean Water Act and National Environmental Policy Act.

Ryan's research interests center on the complex dynamics of the policy process and on how formal legislation can be linked to the street-level environment in which it is eventually implemented. Ryan will be working with Professor Siddiki and Professor Olivier.
