Banks speaks to CNN about Trump's comments about Rep. Adam Schiff

Schiff is protected by the Speech or Debate Clause of the Constitution from being questioned 'in any other place,'" said William Banks, professor emeritus of public administration and international affairs. "The protection clearly extends to the offending Tweets." Banks was interviewed for the CNN article "Fact-checking Trump's shifting narrative on Adam Schiff."
He was also quoted in the CNN article "Fact check: Trump made 87 false claims last week, including 40 in a single day."
