Mark Monmonier, distinguished professor of geography, presented "The Quest of the Missing Maps: Copyright, Deposit Copies, and the Pamphlet Curse,” at the 2020 annual meeting of the North American Cartographic Information Society (NACIS). In his presentation, Monmonier criticizes the destruction of copyright "deposit copies" by the Library of Congress. 11/19/20
