David Popp, professor of public administration and international affairs, says he is "highly skeptical" of reaching 100% EV sales by 2030, which is what Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is proposing. "There are a lot of questions about whether consumers actually want them" he says. "By trying to increase sales, one issue is whether you're forcing particular technology on to consumers." Popp was interviewed for the S&P Global story "Biden, Sanders eye broader EV adoption on road to 2020 election." 03/16/20
