Maxwell School Announces Montonna Professor, Dean’s Award Recipients

Osamah F. Khalil, associate professor of history and chair of the undergraduate program in international relations, was recently awarded the Dr. Ralph E. Montonna Endowed Professorship for the Teaching and Education of Undergraduates.

Maxwell School Announces 2021 Faculty Promotions

The Syracuse University Board of Trustees has approved promotions for six faculty members at the Maxwell School. Two of them, Dimitar Gueorguiev and Guido Pezzarossi, were granted tenure in their promotion from assistant to associate professor.

Laurence promoted to professor of management at the University of Michigan

Gregory Laurence ’04 M.A.I.R. is now a professor of management at the University of Michigan-Flint School of Management. He has also been named director of graduate studies, Center of Japanese Studies, at Michigan’s Ann Arbor campus.
