Registration is free.

UPDATED Deadline: Thursday, September 20, 2018. (As we are near capacity - the deadline for registration has been changed). 

Late Registrants are encouraged to contact Heather Macknik at hmmackni@maxwell.syr.edu to see if space remains available. We will accommodate all registrants until we reach capacity.

Directions and Parking

We have arranged for free parking for Policy Camp Participants in the Irving Garage.

Partial Travel Subsidies

Partial travel subsidies (toward gas, thruway tolls, or public transport) will be available for students traveling from campuses over one hour away. We are not able to assist with full costs of travel to campus for students.

Please note that subsidies will only be available to reimburse expenses and cannot be provided in advance of attendance. Subsidy amounts will vary based upon distance traveled, and will be dependent on the overall number of requests received.

We will honor as many requests as possible until funds are exhausted.


Arrival

The Public Policy Camp will take place in Eggers Hall on the Syracuse University Campus.  (Campus Map)

Check-in will be on the second floor, 220 Eggers Hall, the Strasser Legacy Room from 9:00 - 9:30 am.

A light continental breakfast will be served. The day also includes lunch and is scheduled to end with Closing Remarks and a Reception from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.


Logistics Coordinator

A Logistics Coordinator will be assigned to each Policy Camp Participant to address any questions or concerns. They will reach out directly early the week of Policy Camp with more information on logistics.
