U.S. Policy Agenda Project Datasets

Datasets are arranged by topic area. Each dataset includes a description, data range and links to download a CSV file of current data and a PDF codebook that documents included variables.

Please refer to the respective dataset for citation information.

All U.S. datasets include two sets of codes: U.S. Policy Agendas Project (PAP) codes and the international Comparative Agendas Project (CAP) codes. For analysis across projects and countries, we recommend the CAP codes.
