Bio
Hannah’s research interests include party and voter behavior, nationalism and regionalism, democracy, and European politics. Her dissertation is about how, when and why statewide political parties change their issue positions and emphases between national- and subnational-level elections.
She previously earned a B.A. in international affairs and an M.A. in global communication from The George Washington University.
