President Trump signed bipartisan legislation last week to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security, excluding immigration enforcement, ending the agency's longest shutdown in history. So, what comes next? Grant Reeher, professor of political science, discusses with LiveNOW from FOX.

“I think where it's going to go from here is back to where it started, and that is you're going to see a lot of debate and conflict over what is going on on the ground with the immigration enforcement efforts,” Reeher says.

“A lot of this debate was focused on the funding in recent months. I think it's going to go back now to what is actually happening and how people are reacting to that on the ground,” he says.
