Fengyuan (Freya) Wang is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School. Her current research interests focus on the intersection of social policy and inequality, particularly in the contexts of education and health. She is interested in how policies shape disparities across gender, race, and other demographic groups, and in how government institutions influence the opportunities, behaviors and outcomes of individuals and organizations.
