Bio

As a Ph.D. student and a Fulbright scholar in the Political Science Department, Jan conducts research on the political and business aspects of transatlantic relations in the field of defense industry.  

Thanks to his experience in public affairs consulting, managing non-governmental organizations and providing research for public institutions at the national and European levels, Jan is able to balance theory and its practical application. His aim is to produce knowledge useful for the development of international relations, especially within the framework of the North Atlantic Alliance. 

Having graduated from University of Wroclaw (B.A. in international relations, M.A. in law) and College of Europe in Bruges (LL.M. in European law), he has prepared many comparative analyzes concerning the U.S. and EU policies in the sphere of security, territorial expansion and legal evolution, with the emphasis on their common interests and structural similarities.
