Bio
Orlando is pursuing a Ph.D. in political science and focuses on international political economy, international trade and formal theory through the American politics subfield. He has an M.S. in applied economics from Florida State University.
He wants to study how firms and interest groups lobby the president and Congress to produce their preferred trade policy. Orlando has more than eight years of working experience working in advocacy on behalf of local government in Florida.
