Bio
Xiaoxia was born and raised in Sichuan, China. She received a B.A. in public administration from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and earned a master's degree in public administration from Sun Yat-sen University. Her research interests center on comparative politics and international relations with a focus on China. She is also interested in gender, police behavior and education policy.
