Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis redrew congressional lines after the 2020 census. Could he do it again? In its examination of the possibility and potential impact, The Hill quoted Grant Reeher, professor of political science.

“The American political system is already the most complicated and fragmented in the Western world — by a mile,” Reeher added. “All this does is make that problem worse than it already is.”
