The Ukrainian HIMARS—or High Mobility Artillery Rocket System—can fire a missile barrage farther than its Russian equivalent. The weapons, obtained from the U.S., could be a game-changer. They’re also supposedly guided by secretive US assistance: intelligence on target locations.
