Atlantis Program for Graduate Students
The Atlantis Transatlantic dual degree program is a unique opportunity offering a hybrid study experience in the United States and the European Union.
The two-year program results in two master’s degrees—one from Syracuse University, either a master of public administration or a master of arts in international relations, and another from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany, either a master of public policy or a master of international affairs.

Syracuse University offers a number of options for students who wish to study in India. Those students who do not want to spend an entire semester in India have several shorter programs from which to choose.

Or enroll in the Brazil: Social Justice and Inequality offered by the World Partner Program to study social movements in Brazil, take Portuguese classes, live with Brazilian roommates and travel to Salvador da Bahia.
